Session Overview

Discipline is more than correcting behavior, it is an opportunity to teach, restore relationships, and help young people grow. This session, Discipline with Dignity, equips Catholic educators and catechists with practical, faith-centered strategies for responding to challenging behavior while honoring the dignity of every child.

Participants will explore the difference between management and discipline, learn restorative approaches to correction, and discover strategies for redirecting behavior with compassion and consistency. Most importantly, they will learn to transform moments of discipline into opportunities for formation, relationship, and growth.
